On April 10, 2014, the board meeting of Halcrow (China) in 2014 was held at the headquarters of CH2M Hill in the United States (hereinafter referred to as “Halcrow”), the board of directors in 2014 shall be held at the headquarter of CH2M Hill in Denver, the United States.

In 2013, under the active support of both parties for investment, Halcrow (China) conquered the negative impact of the market collapse, performing well through positive attitude and effort for pioneering, the board of directors fully affirmed the management achievement obtained by Halcrow (China) in 2013, the board of directors also formed resolutions for many matters such as the management target, the financial budget in 2014 and the support of both parties for investment in joint ventures.

After the meeting, President Dai Jianmin and Ms. Jacqueline Hinman, the president and CEO of CH2M had a chat on the deepening of cooperation between SICC and CH2M.

Later, the team led by President Dai Jianmin went to the headquarters of CH2M in Toronto, Canada for further business communication with the related staff.

2014年4月10日，Halcrow 英国合乐（中国）2014年度董事会在美国西图公司总部召开（下称“合乐”）2014年度董事会在美国丹佛西图公司总部召开。

2013年，合乐在投资双方的积极支持下克服市场不景气的不利影响，积极进取，努力开拓，取得了较好的成绩，董事会对合乐2013年所取得的经营成果给予充分肯定，董事会还就2014年经营目标、财务预算、投资双方对合资公司的支持等诸多事项形成了决议。

会后，戴建敏董事长与西图公司总裁兼首席执行官杰奎琳辛曼（Jacqueline Hinman）女士就上咨公司和西图公司加深合作事宜进行了交流。

随后，戴建敏董事长一行前往位于加拿大多伦多的西图公司加拿大公司总部与相关人员进行了进一步的业务交流。
