According to news from Royal Town Planning Institute (RTPI), during the centennial year of RTPI, in order to honor the professionals who made special contributions on the aspects of enhancing the progress and development of science and art for urban planning, on January 1^st 2014, RTPI awarded the title of “lifetime honorable member” to 36 outstanding persons, Mr. Asad Shaheed, global director of Halcrow (China) , won from more than 23000 members and received the award. This is a high recognition from the industry and society for the knowledge, capability and contribution of Mr. Asad.
