The scope of planning covers Hushan forest park in the east, Shangshuang Street in the west, Small Hushan Mountain in the south and Jingshi Road in the north, with the planning area of 3,109.32 hectares.
The project, on the three theme IPs – Taoist culture, Qi-Lu Culture and culture of braving the journey to Northeast, builds a Taoist culture all-for-one tourism attraction tailored to the North China that integrates the cultural tourism resort, ecological civilization demonstration area and national forest part. The project connects the four characteristic cultural tourism sectors through seven core projects: Taoism sector, history sector, extreme sports sector and homestay sector.
Project Positioning
The project is positioned as a Taoist culture all-for-one tourism attraction to the North China area, a provincial historical folk cultural tourist attraction, an ecological civilization demonstration area combining urban weekends and cultural restoration, a national-level forest park.
Super IP: “Ecology”, a design idea penetrating through the entire project
The design team builds the multiple core IPs around the “ecology”. The Qi-Lu culture experience display notes connected by Zhanglai ancient road realize the Qi-Lu cultural tourism IP; Wanglu Tower as the landmark of regional culture and spirit supports the realization of Taoism sector tourism IP; The entry scenic area is the regional tourism IP realization flow entry and provides the comprehensive services for the tourism development; Zhonglu Academy is built in the place of experiencing the traditional Chinese culture and realizes the regional traditional Qi-Lu culture; The three extreme sports projects – extreme motor, mountain biking and rock climbing are taken as the main entry of IP realization flow; The 24-hour all-weather tourist attraction is built for promoting the realization of Taoism cultural tourism IP; The main Taoism cultural attractions are connected in series for forming a Taoism cultural experience line, thus realizing the Taoism tourism IP.

The pavilion, drama stage, theater and homestay experience hall and other cultural tourism experience project drive the realization of tourism IP of Baiquan Ancient Town.

Wanglu Tower as the landmark of regional culture and spirit supports the realization of Taoism sector tourism IP.
Core IP: Entrance scenic area
The entrance scenic area is the regional tourism IP realization flow entry and provides the comprehensive services for the tourism development.

Zhonglu Academy is built in the place of experiencing the traditional Chinese culture and realizes the regional traditional Qi-Lu culture.
