Binhai New Town Lvwan Urban District is located at Ningbo, the northern of Binhai New Town, Hangzhou, adjoining to Hangzhou Bay Sea-crossing Bridge. The total area is 98.66 hectares.

The plan included the proposals for the research of the base strategic background and the existing project resources. With the detail case study of international famous waterfront active communities,Design concept focused on open space in a waterfront setting. An ecological lifestyle with “walking trip mode, international idea, urbanization and implementation” strategies was provided. The main functions of this development were the waterfront business street and the landmark hotel, which pay attention to coastal dynamics and active atmosphere of the community.
