The site is located at the south bank of Yibin, Sichuan, called as Top One City in Yangtze River. It is the newly-developing urban area in Yibin. The plan proposes the export-oriented stores along the streets. The design concept not only brings the abundant paybacks but also is useful for the space enclosing of the community and the closed-off management. The internal structure layout creates an excellent enclosed space for the external city image with design integration. The perfect combination of the ART-DECO graceful style and the modern architecture design method provides the calm, generous, classical and strong modeling. The façade disposal pays much attention to the vertical lines and the ratio of the wall to the window.
