The site is located at the side of Beijing Miyun Reservoi as an independent glen. With the advantage and disadvantage of the plot, the natural privacy is a selling point to build a five-star hotel with conference functions on the mountain area.

The design concept proposes an organic integration of the single body and the entirety and formulate the diversified combinations with the altitude differences of the mountain lies to meet the future management and operation. It will be a unique and resort hotel.
