The site is 41 kilometers away from the center of Shanghai and 22 kilometers away from Hongqiao Transportation Hub. With numerous residence communities, a huge commercial value will be increases in the surrounding area.

Halcrow proposed the design conception of TOD, promoted the residential density and employment density nearby the rail traffic, and guaranteed the full usage of the rail facilities. The three-dimensional integration design has been connected and combined different functions.
