Halcrow (China) was invited to provide the Conceptual Plan and Urban Design work of Yibin Twins City Phase Ⅱ by the local planning bureau. Mr. John Robinson as a Chief Designer and Mr. Wang Wanliang as a project manager are leading the team for the project delivery in July 2018.
