Halcrow (China) was invited by Tianjin Nangang Industrial Zone Development Co., Ltd. to participate in the international solicitation competition for the Environmental Landscape Ascension Scheme Design of Tianjin Nangang Industrial Zone. In the project work, we focused on integrating the construction, landscape, municipal and other elements of the industrial zone, drawing fully from contemporary advanced environmental concepts in domestic and overseas industrial zone design. We also proposed the detailed standards and control systems; from the park environment, public space, marking system, road landscape, plant arrangement, river system, urban furniture, ground pavement, architectural style, enterprise greening and frontage, to the principles of classification and subentry. Netherlands NITA and AECOM also participated in the project solicitation competition in the same period, with Halcrow (China) regrettably winning the second place by a narrow gap through fierce competition.

Halcrow英国合乐（中国）受天津市南港工业区开发有限公司邀请参加天津南港工业区环境景观提升方案设计国际邀标竞赛，项目工作中，我们重点整合工业区建筑、景观、市政等多要素，充分借鉴国内外先进工业区环境理念，按照分类分项的原则，从园区环境、公共空间、标识系统、道路景观、植物配备、河流水系、城市家具、地面铺装、建筑风格、企业绿化及临街围墙等细节方面提出细化标准和控制体系。荷兰尼塔以及AECOM同期参与项目邀标竞赛，通过激烈的竞争，Halcrow英国合乐（中国）以微弱的差距遗憾取得第二名。
