The Conceptual Urban Design of Changbai Mountain High-speed Rail New Area (Changbai Mountain Project in short) led by STEPHEN PHAROAH, the chief designer of Halcrow (China), won the second prize in the competition with many internationally renowned firms (including RTKL and NIKKEN SEKKEI LTD).
