Halcrow (China) undertook the overall conceptual plan of Chinese Southern Herbs Garden in Yulin, Guangxi, including the detailed construction planning and design of the herbal featured town.
The project is located in the core position of “Colorful Pastoral” in Yulin, Guangxi, with an area of 12.71 km2. It is not only an important support for Yulin to develop the ten-billion TCM industrial strategy, but is also a beneficial practice for Yudong New Area to explore the urban-rural integration development of “with agriculture but without farmers and with farmland but without rural areas”.
With the Southern Herbs planting and scientific research as the core and driven by the leisure, tourism, sightseeing of the Southern Herbs Garden, the project constructed a diversified industrial system that integrates modern agriculture, agricultural tourism and health wellness, and promotes the transformation and upgrading of the local agricultural structure by the integration of Southern Herbs wellness and an international health concept.
Halcrow 英国合乐（中国）获得《广西玉林中国南药园》项目委托
合乐公司承接了广西玉林 中国南药园的概念性总体规划和本草特色小镇的修建性详细规划设计任务。
该项目位于广西玉林“五彩田园”的核心位置，占地面积约12.71平方公里。是玉林发展百亿中医药产业战略的重要支撑，是玉东新区探索“有农业无农民、有农地无农村”城乡统筹发展的有益实践。
该项目以南药种植、科研为核心，以南药园的休闲、旅游、观光为驱动，融合南药养生和国际健康理念，构建融合现代农业、农业旅游业、健康养生产业的多元产业体系，促进当地农业产业结构的转型升级。
