In collaboration with Halcrow (China) , Tianjin Urban Planning & Design Institute has been successfully selected to propose a design for the Urban Design of CBD and Main Roads along Tianjin Wuqing Development Zone, alongside Shanghai Tongji University, ATKINS and other outstanding colleagues. The project will put forward the overall planning and research ideas for the 50 km² area, and make a targeted design for the core CBD area, to assist in park transformation.

The project scope is to design the whole Economic and Technological Development Zone, with an area of more than 50 km², and such Zone is one of the core areas of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei integration plans. After years of development, Wuqing Economic and Technological Development Zone successfully gathered many manufacturing enterprises and constructed a considerable urban road grid.

In the face of new historical opportunities of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei integration and the reconstruction of the large regional pattern, Tianjin Wuqing Economic and Technological Development Zone has the opportunity to reform the whole area over 50 km², integrate the historical development pattern, and create a new chapter of urban development.

Halcrow 英国合乐（中国）受邀参加《天津武清开发区CBD及主要道路沿线城市设计》国际征集

天津市规划院与Halcrow 英国合乐（中国）合作，与上海同济，ATKINS等杰出同仁一起成功入选天津武清开发区CBD及主要道路沿线城市设计，项目将对50平方公里的区域提出总体策划研究思路，并针对核心CBD区域做出针对性设计，助力园区转型。

项目范围设计经济技术开发区全境，超过50平方公里，是京津冀一体化的核心区域之一。武清经济技术开发区经过多年的发展，成功汇聚了大量制造业企业，并构建相当宏大的城市路网格局。

在新的历史机遇面前，京津冀一体化，区域大格局的重构，天津武清经济技术开发区有机会重整整个超过50平方公里的区域，整合历史发展格局，造就城市发展新篇章。
