The first meeting of the board of directors in 2016 was held by the first session of directors of Halcrow (China) at Shanghai Headquarters on Jan. 26, 2016.

The meeting examined and approved the No. 201601 proposal.

The meeting reviewed the overall operating situation in 2015, and proposed the objectives for the overall operating situation in 2016. The reformation and management ideas in 2016 are mainly divided into several parts, including reconstruction of culture and values, cultivation of core competitiveness, clarification of organizational structure, internal competition mechanisms and employees training.
