Invited by the customer, the first department of planning at our company undertook the project of “subsequent development for the pavilions of the flower expo in Changzhou”, it was officially started on Apr. 24th, on-site investigation and market research were conducted at the early stage. This project is located at West Taihu in Changzhou with an area of more than 4000 acres. It is expected that subsequent development will further form the featured tourist area with the integration of multiple functions including tourism, performance, cuisine, shopping, hotel, residence, exhibition and office etc.

受客户邀请，我司策划一部承接《常州花博会馆后续开发策划》项目，从4月24日起正式启动，前期进行现场踏勘和市场调研工作。该项目位于常州市西太湖，占地面积4000余亩，预期后续开发进一步形成融旅游、演出、美食、购物、酒店、居住、会展、办公等多种功能于一体的特色旅游区。
