On March 19th, 2013, The Company held the board of directors meeting for 2013 in Suzhou, Jiangsu.

Mr. Martin Harrison, president of Halcrow, Mr. Wang Sizheng, Vice President, Mr. Stephen Ellison, Mr. Asad Shaheed, Mr. Jiao Min, Mr. Li Wanrong, Ms. Zhu Wei, Mr. Liu Luobing, directors and Mr. Zhong Xianbin, executive supervisor participated this meeting.

In 2012, under the active support of both parties for investment, the company conquered the negative impact of the market collapse, performed well through a positive attitude and an effort for pioneering, the board of directors fully affirmed the management achievement obtained by the management of the company in 2012 and offered high recognition on the performance obtained by the company in ten years with full confidence in the further development of the company.

This board of directors formed resolutions on many matters including the management target, the adjustment of directors, and the adjustment of president and general manager in 2013.

Before the meeting, members who came to the participate in the meeting also visited the project of the tourist resort at Yangchenghu Lake which had been established and put into operation following its planning and design by the company in 2005.

2013年3月19日，公司2013年度董事会在江苏苏州召开。

公司董事长Martin Harrison先生、副董事长王思政先生、董事Stephen Ellison先生、Asad Shaheed 先生、焦民先生、李万荣先生、朱蔚女士、刘罗炳先生，以及执行监事钟贤宾先生均参加了本次会议。

2012年，公司在投资双方的积极支持下克服市场不景气的不利影响，积极进取，努力开拓，取得了较好的成绩，董事会对公司管理层2012年所取得的经营成果表示肯定，对公司十年来所取得的成绩给予高度认可，对公司的进一步发展充满信心。

本次董事会就2013年经营目标、董事调整、董事长及总经理调整等诸多事项形成了决议。

会前，与会人员还参观了公司于2005年承担规划设计任务目前已建成并投入运营的阳澄湖旅游度假区项目。
