With a focus on the space strategy for the urban circle in Nanjing, the urban design for the development along Qing Liu River in Chuzhou for 46 square km was disclosed on January 25^th. In competition with Atkins, Planning Institute in Shenzhen City, and Qinghua Planning Institute, Halcrow (China) won the first prize in the international competition and high praise by the experts and leaders.
