The scope of planning is the core area of Chongqing Liangjiang Collaborative Innovation Zone, adjacent toYulin River to the east, Mingyue Mountain to the west, Mingyue Avenue in the east, Yufu Road in the west, east extended section of Zhaizi Road in the south and express way Liuheng Line in the north, with the planning area of 6.8 km2. The scope of research covers the Mingyue Mountain in the east and Yulin River in the west and other important landscape element areas, with the research area of about 15 km2.
Planning and Design Scheme Concept
The occurrence place of scientific and technological innovation changes from the single office function to the shared Powerise ecosphere. The scheme makes creation with the starting point of returning to the innovation essence around the following concepts: Seek for the most advanced scientific innovation industry and serve as the spatial carrier of the most advanced scientific innovation industry.

The planning combines the principle of urban development of the global green design leader (Copenhagen) and respect and protect the nature.
