On Dec. 20, 2018, the 1st Architectural Design Industry Human Resource Management Forum was held in Sino-Finnish Center of Tongji University. Design for Designers is the forum topic. The goal of the forum is to discuss the future mileage in the key historical moment.

The management personnel and human resource manager of more than 80 famous design institutions at home and abroad are invited to attend the forum, including Halcrow (China), Architectural Design and Research Institute of Tongji University, Tianhua Group, Shanghai PTArchitects, HYP-ARCH, United Design, A Plus and CallisonPTKL.

At the forum, Zhang Ying, the general manager of Halcrow (China) had the wonderful dialogue and discussion with Dr. Han Bing, Wu Fan who is vice general manager of HYP-ARCH and Ma Yun who is HR director of Shanghai PTArchitects about the organizational development of human resource management and design enterprises. It emphasized the topic about female designer. According to her observation, the female designer among the college students and especially graduate students occupy the 50% and even 70%.

论坛邀请了来自Halcrow英国合乐（中国）、同济院、天华集团、上海柏涛、霍普股份、联创设计、A Plus、CallisonPTKL等80余家中外知名设计机构的管理层与人力资源管理者到场参加。

本次论坛会上，Halcrow英国合乐（中国）总经理张颖就人力资源管理与设计企业的组织发展与韩冰博士、霍普股份副总经理吴凡、上海柏涛人力资源总监马芸等嘉宾展开精彩对话与思辨。强调了女性设计师的话题，根据她的观察，在校大学生中，尤其是研究生，女性设计师不光是半边天（50%），还有可能是七仙女（70%）。
