The study covers an area of the entire Haixi Ningde Industrial Zone. Located in the Xi’nan Peninsula in the precinct of Ningde City, Fujian Province.

Through the case study and analysis of international and domestic relating parks and zones, our proposal summarizes the following six critical factors for the successful development and operation of the Haixi Ningde Industrial Zone, which are: the internal growth engine of the selected industries, hardware facilities, human resources, financial capital, software facilities and implementation institutions. Based on the market study and SWOT analysis on such industries as oil & gas, petrochemical, equipment manufacturing, steel, port logistics and export processing, the industrial development system is defined. Haixi Ningde Industrial Zone will ultimately be built into a world-class Harbor Industrial Zone.
