This site is located in Wencheng Town, Wenchang, Hainan, covering about 1.19 square kilometers.

The project is proposed for mixed use layouts in each residential area to form a public interface along both sides of the central axis. The central axis includes water-based and rich layers of public spaces containing hotels, apartments, commercial street fronts and waterfront leisure shopping streets. The two ends of the axis are the display nodes of the city image, connecting the open city square and the station front square along the Station Front Road, and building the positive external city image with high-rise express hotels and serviced apartments, while shopping centres, hotels, apartments and clubs etc. along Wenxi Road become a regional business card.
