The site is located in the Xincheng District of Nanjing South Railway Station, at the junction of Qinhuai District, Jiangning District, and Yuhuatai District, which is a typical suburb junction. With the construction of the key national railway- Nanjing South Railway Station, the relocation implementation of Daxiao Airport, and the adjustment and upgrading of the citywide industrial development, the development of the southern region is experiencing unprecedented opportunities.

With the construction of the key national railway- Nanjing South Railway Station, the relocation implementation of Daxiao Airport, and the adjustment and upgrading of the citywide industrial development, the development of the southern region is experiencing great opportunities.
The plan retains two city axes of the original urban design. Two super high-rise buildings of 400 metres and 280 metres height are arranged as the display interface of the city image near Software Avenue and Yulan Road, forming the urban portal image group of the station front, together with the planned 300-metre super high-rise on the west side of Yulan Road. Two shifted super high-rise towers also guide the east side view corridor, building the small portal gateways of the airport runway axis.
Conceptual design with 130,000-square-metre central grand shopping mall, an indoor commercial street is proposed to serve residents, office people and tourists in front of the High-speed Railway Station. Six 100-metre high serviced apartments and a 150-metre high hotel apartment are proposed.
The 400-metre super high-rise landmark tower integrates various functions, including offices, apartments and seven-star hotels and creates a unique identity for the city skyline.
