The site is located in the north of the city center with a total area of about 1.22 square kilometres. Halcrow aims at organic population evacuation, land structure optimization, good handling of the relationship between protection and construction and main service function optimization etc. The area is proposed to be an efficient, intensive and high-quality urban area integrating urban green cores, university and scientific research, commercial, financial, culture and entertainment. The buffer zone of central business core area is built through land replacement, structural adjustment, sufficient facilities and environmental improvement.
