The site is located in the northwest of Hanyang district. Its specific scope is: east to third ring line, south to Hancai highway, west to Xianghe street, and north to Hanjiang River. The area is 6.4 square km.
The plan proposed the opportunities and constraints of the project development with the analysis and evaluating of existing location, land resources, transportation resources and industrial resources etc. With detail analyzing for the core resources and key development demands of the project from the perspective of regional and economic development orientation, Halcrow provided overall plan including the project aim, development function, regional cooperation, economic value and development strategy referring to international case studies.
