With the resource protection and centralized in the scientific research, the plan proposes the cultural content of the science popularization and form up the leisure tourism characteristics. The plan aims the scientific outlook on development to provide the sustainable development, inherit the traditional Chinese medicine, speed up the internationalized process of the traditional Chinese medicine industry, create a global medical plants garden, and contribute to the construction of “Affluent, Civil and Harmonious Guangxi”.
