This project is located in Dongcheng Nanzhan district, Dongying city, Shandong province .An area is about 2.54 square km.

According to the positioning of Nanzhan area, the plan is proposed in order to utilize the water system and promote related water landscape. “Large water surface + big green space + axis view” is to show the urban water city style. To correspond the relationship with Dongying city, the idea is connecting important function nodes, municipal government, 2 urban ecological parks, sports and cultural recreation centers and multiple important city function nodes through Shengli Avenue to strengthen the relationship between this case and the city, and create the urban living room of the south station area.
